CURRICULUM
St. Paul University Surigao used K-12 as the guide of Curriculum. And here the curriculum of Senior High School for General Mathematics.
For the General Mathematics grade eleven course introduces Functions and their Graph, basic business mathematics and logic. The topic include function, rational function, and inverse, exponential and logarithmic function, interest, stock and bonds, business and consumer loans, propositional logic. The focus is on the learning the computational procedures and then applying the skills to problem solving.
TEACHING PLAN
For the teaching plan, make based on the results of class observations. By using models and methods that can make students more active in the classroom and effective in my opinion. And the teaching plan is always consulted with my cooperating teacher.
Format of Lesson Plan (Teaching Plan) Senior High School of SPUS
The learning plan must have been prepared by the teacher in accordance with the existing curriculum. Because for each meeting specified learning goals.
During the learning process the teacher will give preliminary questions before the material, and sometimes try to make students understand by simplifying it, so that students understand. And every time the material is given, the teacher will always ask whether the student has a question or is there still something that is not understood by students.
If there is no question, the teacher will usually give assignments, and usually assignments in groups. Each material will always have an exam or quiz given by the teacher to review what has been learned.
And for the evaluation, the teacher has tried very well in the learning process and in preparing the materials and methods used.
