The teacher gives the lesson material to the students. Then the students develop it  by themself. And they can have activities in group for discussion and make brainstorming ideas to solve the problems.

1.2 Learning Materials and Innovation

For learning material, adapted to the curriculum and for each meeting the teacher will continue the material learned in previous meetings. At the first meeting, the teacher will provide material and students will do the assignments given by the teacher whether it is individual or groups. And at the end of the meeting the teacher will notify the following material to be studied so that students can learn it themselves to develop knowledge not only from the teacher but also from books or the internet which become other references so that they can create new innovations in learning for next meeting.

1.3 Sources of Learning and Technology

The learning resources used are usually using textbooks prepared by schools, or also sourced from teacher handbooks, and also the internet.

1.4 Authentic Assessment

They're have 5 steps for authentic assessment.

Step 1:

Grades from all student work are added up. This results in the total score for each component, namely Written Work, Performance Tasks, and Quarterly Assessment.

Step 2:

The sum for each component is converted to the Percentage Score. To compute the Percentage Score (PS), divide the row score by the highest possible score then multiply the quotient by 100%.

Step 3:

Percentage score are then converted to Weighted Scores to show the importance in promoting learning in different subjects.

Step 4:

The sum of the weighted score in each component is the Initial Grade.

Step 5:

The Quarterly Grade for each learning area is written in the report card of the student.

For the teacher, after the ceremony the teacher's flag will be together to the class with the students not returning to the teacher's office / faculty office. So they have brought books or teaching materials that will be used. And for students, they are required to respect their teacher. There will be big sanctions if they are not polite to the teacher, and are against the teacher.
