OBSERVATION ON TEACHER (S)
1.1 Planing for Teaching
The plan of teaching is usually based on the teaching plan made by the teacher. From the teaching plan that becomes the teacher's reference in teaching, what material will be given to students and teaching and learning activities in the classroom. So that the teaching plan plays an important role in the plan of teaching, so that the learning process can be directed and outcomes of students are achieved. Each teacher is required to make a teaching plan before the new semester.
1.2 Preparing Lessons and Materials
The preparation of the lessons and material was prepared by the teacher at the first meeting in teaching. Teachers usually use books prepared by the school, and also use other books that are used as additional references. For lessons and the material is based on the curriculum.
1.3 Teaching in Class
In the process of teaching in class, the teacher at the first meeting will deliver the material to be studied, then it will give students work in the classroom either individually or in groups. After delivering the learning material the teacher will always ask whether the students have questions or there are parts that are not understood. If there are questions or parts that are not understood, the teacher will explain again until the students understand, then they do the assignments in the class given by the teacher.
1.4 Measurement and Evaluation
The measurement and evaluation for the teacher is based on the tasks made by students in class and homework. And also the quiz given by the teacher is also used as a measurement and evaluation to find out how much knowledge is absorbed by students and which parts are still not understood by students. On the quiz, the questions given are around 20 numbers and when completed they will be examined together in the class so that students will immediately know the points they get.
1.5 Others
In the process of teaching the teacher is very confident in delivering material to students. When teaching teachers use 2 languages, English and Tagalog which is the languages of Philippines. So as to make students better understand the teacher will use Tagalog more, but will still use English.
